Meet Jason

Jason Yakelis brings over a decade and half of professional experience in gaining perspective and implementing action plans that drive transformation for organizations including for-profit companies, global NGOs and ministries, domestic nonprofits, government agencies, hospitals, and institutions of higher education.

Prior to founding C4 in 2017, Jason served at CURE International for over seven years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Partnership Development. During his tenure at CURE, Jason leveraged his experience with strategic planning, fundraising, and partnership development to support the ministry's integral mission to children and families with unmet surgical needs around the globe. Over that time, Jason participated in CURE's initial StratOp experience, helping the organization transition away from its founding generation and carrying the process forward throughout its global network. He also had the opportunity to begin his own personal journey with LifePlan, following two days in Colorado with master facilitator, Pete Richardson.

A Certified StratOp Facilitator with the Paterson Center since 2013, Jason has extensive firsthand experience in both leading groups through the initial phases of StratOp, as well as implementing the system from within an organization. He has facilitated StratOp for more than 25 unique initiatives with audiences encompassing over 20 different nationalities, and served as the corporate StratOp Champion for CURE from 2013–2017, guiding the executive team of the organization through the implementation and renewal of their StratOp plans. Based on his personal experience with the Paterson processes and his time at CURE, Jason became a Certified LifePlan Facilitator in 2017 to provide the same kind of clarity for individuals that StratOp provides to teams.

Before arriving at CURE in 2010, Jason worked for close to a decade on developing private public partnerships for US-based economic development initiatives at Pennsylvania-based Delta Development Group. His time managing multi-disciplined project teams served as an excellent primer for guiding cross-functional leaders through the StratOp process.
